Anna Christine Middleton Fishburne, 52, of Forest passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 at her residence. She was the loving wife of Charles Carroll Fishburne,Jr.
Born May 15, 1962 in Winston-Salem, NC, she was the daughter of Johnny Wayne Middleton and Judy Sides Middleton.
Anna is also survived by her children; Andrew Forrest McBryde, Allison Leigh Fishburne; paternal grandparents; Jim (Pop) Middleton, Mary Ruth Middleton; sister; Angie Rhyne and husband, Jeff; and niece; Ashley Hayes and husband, Matt.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 733 Third Ave. New York, NY 10017.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Winston-Salem.
