A quiet light faded and went black on December 31, 2017, at 10:32 a.m. in the person of Anthony Curtis Carter, born December 21, 1961, to the late Leroy C. Andrews, Jr. and Dorothy C. Andrews. He was preceded in death by his sister Michelle L. Campbell.
Anthony was a graduate of Heritage High School and Central Virginia Community College. He’s a retiree of Westminster Canterbury. His love for fun and laughter was contagious and touched everyone around him. He never met a stranger, instantly you were his acquaintance and friend. Carter of Durham, N.C.; two grandboys, Josiah and Ezekiel; two sisters, Barbara J.
