Barbara Ann Fitzgerald Goff

Barbara Ann Fitzgerald Goff, 55, of Big Island, died Saturday, March 17, 2012. Born February 22, 1957 in Rockbridge; she was the daughter of Elvin Herbert Fitzgerald and Shirley Farris Fitzgerald of Stuarts Draft.

She attended Hunting Creek Baptist Church in Big Island, VA. Barbara was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, decorating, and animals \"" especially cats.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Larry Allen Goff; sons, Corey Elvin Goff and wife, Anabelle of Lynchburg, and Dustin Allen Goff of Big Island; grandsons, Michael and Matthew; two sisters, Deborah Bradley of Stuarts Draft, and Kathy Shifflett and husband, Jeff of Stuarts Draft; a brother, Michael Fitzgerald and wife, Cheryl of Verona; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Funeral service will be conducted 11 AM, Friday, March 23, 2012 at Hunting Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Carey Snellings and Rev. Billy Coffey officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Paran Baptist Church in Montebello, VA.
