Barbara Hudson Kimmel
Barbara Hudson Kimmel, 71, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed Saturday, December 16, 2018. She was a much loved mother to her surviving son John and his wife Melinda, and a wonderful grandmother to their two children, John and Lily.
Barbara was preceded in death by her adoring husband, Chet, with whom she was joyfully waiting to be rejoined. Her stories of their life together were fun and funny and she expressed a love of their life together at every opportunity.
Our memories with her will be cherished for our lifetime. We ask that you lift her and her family in prayer and love. Visitation will be held at Tharp Funeral Home on Breezewood Drive in Lynchburg on Thursday, December 20, from 3-4 with a memorial service to be held following.
