Barbara Niday Ramsey

Barbara Niday Ramsey, 83, of Bedford, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011, in Lynchburg General Hospital. Born July 19, 1928; she was a daughter of the late Christine Niday Goodman.

In addition to her mother, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Curtis E. Ramsey.

She is survived by her brother; Charles Goodman and his wife Betty, brother-in-law; Joseph E. Ramsey and wife Barbara, sister-in-law; Shirley Ramsey, sons; Randal L. Ramsey and wife Deborah, John E. Ramsey and wife Donna; daughter India Ramsey Jacobs, grandchildren; Christopher Ramsey and wife Kim, Laura Bielaski, Ben Ramsey, Jason West, Sarah Ramsey, Lori Viar and husband Brian, Paul Richards and wife Erin, Stephanie Scott and husband Jason, Nick Jacobs and wife Stephanie; and 15 great-grandchildren.
