Bernard Kyle Eubank, 80, devoted husband of Dora Crews Eubank, died on Monday, August 2, 2010, at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born July 15, 1930, in Amherst County, he was the son of the late Annie Johnson and Champ Richard Eubank. He was predeceased by his two brothers, James Eubank and Steven Turner and his sister and her husband, Mildred and Lyle Caldwell.
Besides his wife he is also survived by his brother and his wife, George and Anne Eubank; sisters and their husbands: Margaret and Cabell Crews, and Dorothy (Dot) and Charles (Jack) Hance, and sisters-in-laws: Kathleen Eubank and Rebecca Turner and numerous nieces and nephews.
He retired from General Electric and was known to his work friends as \"Benny\". He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church which later became Heritage United Methodist Church. He was a faithful member serving in many capacities.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 6, 2010, at Heritage United Methodist Church, 542 Leesville Road, Lynchburg, VA., with interment to follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
