Bernice Carol Waugh Campbell, 81, of Lynchburg, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022. She was the wife of Gary Clark Campbell.
Bernice was born in Lynchburg, on January 27, 1941, a daughter of the late John Ashby Waugh and Bessie Brown Waugh.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three daughters: Rhonda Carol Goff, Elizabeth Ellen Foust, and Judy Campbell Jackson; and five grandchildren: Judy’s girls Autumn Nichols, Karsen Lowdermilk, and Morgan Lowdermilk; Elizabeth’s children Hannah Foust and Addison Foust. She had two sisters who both have passed away, Phyllis Elliott and Janice O’Brien.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
