Bessie Anne Trent, 69, of Lynchburg died Monday October 18, 2010 at her home. She was the loving wife of Edward M. Trent for 45 years.
Bessie was born October 22, 1940 in Pamplin the daughter of the late Howard and Minnie Ferguson Glover. She was an avid animal lover especially her \"Precious\". Bessie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter Audrey Lee and her husband Dell of Bedford, a granddaughter Lindsey Pyzik and her husband Bradley of Lynchburg, a grandson Brandon Lee of Bedford, a great grandson Avery Pyzik, a sister Elnora Fitzgerald and her husband Marion of Madison Heights, two brothers-in-law; Clyde Trent and his wife Lee of Slidell, LA and Robert Trent and his wife Roseann of Forest, and a sister-in-law Annette Eisenberg of Canyon Country, CA.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday October 19, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday October 20, 2010 in the chapel at Tharp Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Dodson officiating. Interment will follow at Virginia Memorial Park.
