Beverly Puckett Betag

Beverly Puckett Betag, of Lynchburg, Virgina passed away on October 3, 2023 after an extended illness. She was the daughter

of the late Eldridge and Doris Puckett, she was born on March 17, 1939. She graduated from E.C. Glass High School, then

raised five children, and pursued a career at Macy’s Department Store. Beverly was a member of Church of the Epiphany and

enjoyed playing the piano, reading, and driving around her beloved Lynchburg. She was a member of the Garden Club, enjoyed

playing bingo and games of all sorts. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Crowley, Vivan Kujan, and Patty Betag Wilson

(Walter Wilson); Granddaughter Nicole Kujan and grandson, Tim Shea (Da Sha Shea); and many loving family and friends.

predeceased by her husband, Raymond K. Betag; and her sons Michael Betag and Andrew Betag. Tharp Funeral Home and
