Beverly Jeanette Cabell Thomas of Forest, VA passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021. She was born on September 10, 1955, to the late Alonzo and Celestine Statham Cabell.
Beverly leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband of 46 years Ardie Ray Thomas, Jr.; a daughter Ashlee Krystal Thomas of Fort Mills, SC; two granddaughters, Kayden and Kalia Thomas; a step-son, Brandon Thomas; three step-grandchildren, Alyssa, Aiden and Adalyn Thomas; two sisters, Anna Cabell of Alexandria, VA and LaDonna Pennix (Cornell) of Lynchburg, VA; one brother, Alonzo Cabell, Jr. (Leighann) of Oakland, CA ; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 5517 Pleasant Valley Road, Lynchburg, VA 24504. The family will receive friends and visitors in the church sanctuary one hour prior to the start of service. The funeral service will be live-streamed through facebook.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
