Billy Joe Cutshaw

Billy Joe Cutshaw, 85, of Bedford, died Friday, June 8, 2012. Born October 16, 1926 in Greenville, TN; he was a son of the late Noah Joseph Cutshaw and Gertrude Dixon Cutshaw.

Billy was a member of Ephesus United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Bedford Moose Lodge and the National Rifle Association.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert E. Lee Cutshaw and Lincoln D. Cutshaw, and also his former wife, Gay Wilkes Cutshaw.

Billy is survived by his wife of 30 years, Doris Marie Overstreet Cutshaw, sons; Jimmy Cutshaw and wife, Sheila, Davis Cutshaw and wife, Janet, stepsons; James Rose and wife, Sharon, Avery Rose, grandchildren; Teresa Goff and husband, David, Kelli Harvey and husband, Nik, and Christopher Cutshaw and wife, Catie, step-grandchildren; Jennifer Rose, Christian Rose, and Abby Rose, Mandy Craighead and husband, Denny and four great-grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 am, Monday, June 11, 2012, in Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Murphy officiating. With Military honors provided.
