Bobby Lee Phillips, 69, of Bedford went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 9, 2016. He was the loving husband of Shirley Smith Phillips.
Born July 3, 1947 in Gary, West Virginia he was the son of the late Joseph and Betty Justice Phillips. He was preceded in death by a sister: Diane.
In addition to wife, Shirley, he is survived by his children: Chris, Cary, Bobby, and Wendy; grandchildren: Haley, Mike, Josh, Lorelei, Christian; and sister: Connie.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2016 in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
