Bonnie Sue Breeden Boyd

Bonnie Sue Breeden Boyd was met by Jesus and her loved ones in Heaven on October 12, 2023.

She was born in San Diego, California on November 26, 1953, to Russell and Betty Turner Breeden. She was the wife of Jerry, mother of Kim and Kevin, and Mimi of Brandon, Mother-in-law to Eric, sister to Dee, Judy and Rusty, sister-in-law to Lucy, Sarah and Jean, her brothers-in-law Charlie, Jim, and Calvin, and the daughter in law of Pete and Ellen. She also left many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was the granddaughter of Anna & Ronald, Wesley & Nannie and Ruth and John Scott. She gained a bonus mom when daddy married Nellie and this meant a new family of siblings.

Bonnie loved her family and Jesus. Brandon was one of the best things that happened to her and Jerry. They enjoyed hunting, camping and family gatherings with him, Kim and Eric. Bonnie belonged to an elite club known as the YaYa's. She loved to chat with the group of ladies. She looked forward to Church on Sunday and visiting with her Church family. She always commented how much she loved Pastor Dan's message. Jerry was the love of her life. They met while in their teens attending Northside Baptist Church in Madison Heights and were married 51 years this past August.

She loved playing games on her phone, watching her tv shows and doing for others. She was always there when needed! She loved the beach, known well for clean house, sticky notes, sense of humor and being the neighborhood watch.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Dan Reichard officiating.
