Brandi Peters-Pannell

Brandi Kaye Peters-Pannell, 28, of Rustburg died Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at her residence.

Born May 23, 1985 in Ft. Lewis, Washington, she is the daughter of Rhonda Kaye Evans and step-dad, Jim Jennings, James Lee Peters, and step-mom, Lois.

In addition to her parents, Brandi is survived by her finance, Michael Wayne Pannell; her children, Chasity Bonnie\"™Ann Cox, Jessica Dorr, and two other children; sisters, Rebecca Lynn Peters, Teri Michele Jennings; brother, William Everett Peters; mother-in-law, Karen and Mark Withlow; brother-in-laws, Dylan and Zachary Pannell and sister-in-law, Taylor Nicole Burns; special children, Josh and Jenna Withlow and a number of other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Tree of Life Ministries with the Rev. Mike Dodson officiating. Interment will follow in Tree of Life Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Tharp Funeral Home and Crematory.
