Brenda Gail Cheek, 55, of Madison Heights passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was born in Bedford, VA on December 27, 1962. She was the daughter of Betty Marie Scalf Cheek and the late Carlton Ray Cheek.
Brenda is also survived by her brothers and sisters: Ray Cheek, Diane Ashwell and husband, Craig, Richard Cheek and wife, Stephanie, Sharon Bowyer and husband, Carlton, Renee Hutson and husband, Scott.
Funeral service will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 at Morgan’s Baptist Church in Bedford at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Gary Vernon with interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Timothy House for the many years of love and care that was given to Brenda. Also the Warren House for all the love given to Brenda as well as Lynchburg General Hospital 4th floor for the wonderful care shown to Brenda and the whole family.
