Brett David Beasley born April 3, 1961 in Fort Bragg, N.C.
He graduated from Brookville High School in 1980 and graduated from Lynchburg College in 1985 with honors. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
He was a Business Development Specialist working with On Sphere Corporation in Raleigh, N.C. from 1990 – 2000 and LabCorp at Research Triangle Park, N.C. 2000 \"" 2003. From 2003 \"" 2005 he worked at the Triangle Business Journal in Raleigh, N.C., 2005 \"" 2006 he was employed by Resolvit Resources in Raleigh, N.C. He had a heart to help people and volunteered with The Gateway, United Way, meals on wheels and many other organizations.
Surviving are his parents Lin and Nancy Beasley of Lynchburg; sisters and brother in-law: Alison Marshall and husband Will, Heather Royer and husband Bruce all of Lynchburg; Holly Hale and husband Hershel of Powhatan, VA, brothers and sister in law; Dirk Beasley of Lynchburg, Darren Beasley and wife Jennifer of Richmond; nieces and nephews; Mallory and Kenton Marshall, Corey Beasley, Alexandra Royer, Keller Royer, Austin Royer, Cynthia and Gordy Beasley, Bella and Samantha Beasley.
A Celebration of Brett\"™s life will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, October 28, 2013 in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dennis S. Roberts officiating. Inurnment will follow at the church columbarium. The family will receive friends at a reception in the church following inurnment.
