Brian Lee Custer, 44, of Lynchburg went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 15, 2018. He was a national registered Medic and a member of Hyland Heights Baptist Church.
Brian is preceded in death by his parents, Susan and Ronald Custer.
He is survived by his loving wife, Emilee Custer, and children, Briana Custer, Carlee Custer and Cameron Custer, sister, Stacy Landis and husband Mark, niece, Mia-Marie Landis, sister-in-law, Dorothy Mason and husband, Eric, brothers-in-law; James Kimball and wife, Echo, Timothy Kimball and wife, Kim, mother-in-law, Joan Kimball, nephews; Christopher, Madden, McKaine, Michael, Levi, Jayden and Gabriel, nieces; Sadie and Arlington.
A graveside service will be held at Tree of Life Cemetery 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 with Pastor Rick Magee officiating. Tree of Life cemetery is on Route 29, between Lynchburg and AltaVista.
Family will receive friends 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 at Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA.
