Calvin Wayne Long
Calvin Wayne Long, 51, of Montvale, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at his residence.
He was the husband of the late April Overstreet.
Born on September 18, 1961, he was a son of Phyllis Early Long Crow and the late James M. Roosevelt Long. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and Tommy Long.
Calvin is survived by his two sons, Eric and Mike Long; daughters, Naomi Long and six year old twins, Diamond and Ashlee Long; sisters, Marion Dickerson, Darcel Callahan, Karen Crow, Bertie Comb; brother, Neil Long; and grandchildren, Katie, Hannah and Eric Long, Jr.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 7:00p.m.to 8:00p.m.
