Carl Royer 91, of Royersford Pa died Saturday, October 13, 2018. He was the son of the late David and Emma Royer.
Carl owned and operated Royer’s Mower Shop in Royersford for many years.
He is predeceased in death by his wife Betty Jane Yost Royer. Carl and Betty were married for 69 years on October 1 and were separated in death by only 21 hours. In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by a son Larry D. Royer; sisters, Leona List, Mildred Stevens, and Alice Hallman.
He is survived by his daughter Kathleen (Royer) Garber of Venice, Fla; son Matthew S. Royer of Forest, Va; grandchildren Angel Girard, Lee Garber, Kari Garber-Hynek, Kaitlin Royer, Travis Royer and Kayla Royer; great-grandchildren, Shauna Joyce, Jonathan Zebraski, Ryan Zebraski, Kelly Zebraski, Gavin Garber, Isla Hynek and Ammi Hynek, great-great-grandchild Alexander Joyce, and a sister Esther Ochs of Frederick, PA.
A celebration of life will be held for both Carl and Betty on November 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Tree Church of The Brethren: 1078 Egypt Rd, Oaks, PA 19456.
