Carmella Denty Lee, 71, of Roanoke, passed away on Thurs., Dec. 14, 2017 at Friendship Health & Living Community, North Roanoke.
Born on Feb. 4, 1946 in Narrows, VA, she was a daughter of the late Bill and Stella Ratcliff Denty.
Carmella is survived by: her husband, David E. Lee of Salem; her daughter, Tammy Wheeler of Floyd; her son, David E. Lee and wife, Machelle of Princeton, WV; two grandchildren, Amanda and Christopher Lee; three siblings, Becky Gee and husband Danny of Roanoke, Jody Weatherly of Princeton WV, and Sonya Lutz and husband Rudy of Bowie MD; and beloved friends, Emily Swanger and Sylvia Gallimore.
A Special Thank You to all the staff at Friendship Health & Living Community for the excellent care and love shown to Carmella.
A memorial service will be conducted after the holidays.
