Carmine Michael Franco

Carmine Michael Franco, 43, of Bedford, VA passed on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. He was born in Stonybrook, New York on April 3, 1981. 

He was preceded in death by grandparents Ralph Franco, Marjorie Franco, Alfred Bishop, Gloria Bishop, and Sarah Mast. 

He is survived by his parents, Eileen Franco and Carmine Franco Sr., children, Izzy (Nick), Makayla (Elijiah), Remi, Kaleigha, Braydon, Macon (Jadyn), his Fiancé, Leslie, his sisters Mary (Darrell) and Lisa, nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Michael, Katelyn, Nicholas, Julia, Brianna, Sophia, and the best dog, Lina and other loved ones. 

Carmine was an adventurous spirit who loved working on cars, his Dodge Challenger, fixing things, and four wheelers. Most of all, he loved his family. From a young age, Carmine was working with his hands. Notably, when he was 13 years old he took apart his father’s Plymouth Laser and put it all back together in perfect working condition. His love for vehicles never left him. Friends and family describe him as a hard worker and generous, always willing to lend a hand at a moment’s notice. 

The family will be holding a Celebration of Life on June 29th, 2024 at Vinton Baptist Church, 200 S Maple St. Vinton, VA from 12-3 p.m.
