Carole Ann (Pixie) Prikryl Bauer Abell, 77, of Lynchburg, died Thursday, November 15, 2018 of complications of Lewy Body Dementia.
Born October 3, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Edward Prikryl and the late Henrietta Gottfried Prikryl. She was also deceased by a son, Michael Edward Bauer.
She is survived by her daughter: Heidi Bauer Hannell Whatley (John) and Sean Edward Bauer (Lynn); grandchildren: Michael Dean Hannell, Jessica Ann Hannell, Cara Kristine Hannell Norman (Michael) and Samantha Marie Bauer and soon to arrive, great grandson: Connor Hamilton Norman. She is survived by her sisters: Susan Weaver and Kristina Smith of Eastport, Maine and a niece Marie Heggarty of Mendocino, California.
Carole retired from Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabities also Fairhaven School in Warren, Ohio.
Carole’s greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. Her other love was the theatre and became an established actress and stage hand with Trumbull New Theatre in Warren, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association or Friends of Campbell County Animal Control.
