Carole Ann Walter Earick, 86, of Moneta, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial. She was born in Carey, OH on April 1, 1937. A daughter of the late, David A. Walter and Vedna Marshall Walter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children’s father, Ronald Gerald Earick; three sisters, Jane Tucker (Carl), Linda Baker and Sarah Wilson; daughter-in-law, Tammie Earick and son-in-law, Wayland Arthur, Jr.

Carole was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Her love for her family and time spent with them was so evident. She also enjoyed Jewelry, Flowers, Music, especially Gospel music. Her favorite time of year has always been Christmas and giving gifts. She worked as a Broker and Realtor with Anchor Real Estate and worked with Carilion later in her work career. She was loved by so many and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Carole is survived by her four children, Jerry Earick, Lisa Earick Arthur, Andrew Scott Earick and his wife, Analisa, and Gwendolyn E. Kellis and her husband, Bobby. Eight grandchildren, Shawn Arthur, Erich Arthur and his wife, Meredith, David Earick and his wife, Jordan, Benjamin Arthur and his wife, Michelle, Ashley Earick, Brennan Earick, Renea Earick, Steven DeJesus; Eight Great-grandchildren, Jason Arthur, Breana Arthur, Jimi Arthur, Rachel Arthur, Weston Earick, Montana Earick, Wayland Arthur and Wyatt Arthur; Three brothers, Ben Walter and his wife, Gloria, Tom Walter and his wife, Donna and Dan Walter and his wife, Deb; Brother-in-law, Alan Baker. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
