Charles \"Chuck\" Fredric Heuslein, 80, of Lynchburg, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Born Februay 23, 1933 in Pearl River, NY; he was a son of the late William August Heuslein and Theresa Scheideler Heuslein.
Chuck was a member of St. Paul\"™s Episcopal Church and a retiree of Apple Ford Motor Company. Chuck served in US Air Force in the Korean War. Chuck was a family man and had much love and appreciation for his wife and children. He enjoyed bowling for many years of his life and many other sports. He was also a private pilot and enjoyed flying whenever he could. He never lost sight for his love of airplanes.
In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by a brother, William Heuslein. He is survived by his wife, Cecily Hart Heuslein; son, Craig Heuslein of Lynchburg; daughters, Lisa Heuslein Rights and husband, John of Newton, NJ and Melanie Heuslein of Lynchburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul\"™s Episcopal Church, Centra Hospice, or to the American Legion, Post 16.
Inurnment will be at 10 AM, Friday, November 1, 2013 in St. Paul\"™s Episcopal Church Columbarium with a memorial service following at 11 AM and a reception afterwards at the church.
