Charlotte Frances Decker Williams

Charlotte Frances Decker Williams, 69, of Roanoke, Virginias passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. She was the loving wife to the late Carl Williams and daughter to the late John Henery Decker and Charlotte Luella Kilmerr Decker.

She was born on February 27, 1955, in New York. Charlotte could be described as the best mom and grandma ever. She loved all things outdoor, especially camping, and enjoying her coffee in the mornings on her front porch. She will be missed by all who knew her. May her life with the Lord be freeing and fruitful.

She is survived by her children, Timothy and Ryan Williams, grandchildren, Cheyenne Summer Williams Caldwell, and husband Curtis, and Dakota Williams; six great-grandchildren, sisters, Betty Mullins and Cindy Curtis; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
