Christine Gregory, 63, was called home while surrounded by family and friends on January 16, 2021 after a long, hard fought battle with cancer.
Christine was born on March 27, 1957 in Lewisburg, PA to Phillip and Jacqueline Deitrick. She had two siblings, Deborah Nivison and Terry Deitrick (Donna).
Along with her mother and siblings, she left behind her son, Dusty Griffin (Sarah); daughter Amanda Condron (Jeremy), and her grandchildren; Kayla and Blake Condron, Camryn and Allison Griffin, and Alaina Lawhorn, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Christine had many others she cared for and loved like her own children/family. She was a natural caregiver and dedicated her life to looking after and taking care of others. She will be remembered as a fighter that loved deeply and inspired many.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness.” Proverbs 31:25-26
A memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home 220 Breezewood Dr. Lynchburg, VA 24502 on Saturday February 6, 2021 at 2 p.m.
