Christopher Quarles, Jr.

Baby Christopher Joseph Quarles, Jr. of Rockingham County, NC passed away on December 24, 2021 in Rockingham County, NC.

Jr. was born July 3, 2021 in Greensboro, NC the son of Christopher Joseph Quarles, Sr. and Jairumie Atiana Elizabeth Johns.

Jr. was a joyful fun-loving baby boy who was just learning to roll over and scoot. His favorite hobbies were being entertained by family and playing the Xbox with his daddy.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Jeremiah Quarles, Janiah Quarles, Josiah Quarles and Jakari Quarles; his paternal grandparents, Varee Wood and Isiah Lewis; his maternal grandparents, Clarence Johns, Samuel and LaShay Pinn;

Also surviving are Jr.’s maternal great-grandmothers, Pearl Johns and Francene Jackson; uncles, Andre Quarles, Jamal Hewitt, Jaheim Wood, Zion Jones, Joseph Pinn and Jakeb Pinn; aunts, Jasmin Arrington and Alyssa Pinn; Godmom, Kaisha Farmer; GodMeme, Carlitta Hicks; and a host of other relatives.

A celebration of Jr.’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on January 10, 2022 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg Chapel.
