Clifton Wayne "Chuckie" Daniel, Jr.

Clifton Wayne “Chuckie” Daniel, Jr., 56, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on October 24, 2023. He was the son of the late Clifton Wayne Daniel and Sylvia Phillips Daniel.

He was born on August 18, 1967. He attended school at Brookville High School, then pursued his career as a meat cutter, he worked at Budweiser and was a truck driver for HT Hackney.

Chuckie enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling to the beach, coaching sports, football, golfing, and most of all spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Lauren Whitney Crawford, Clifton Wayne “Dirk” Daniel III (Jenna), Cody Wayne Daniel (Brianna), Briana Nikol Daniel; grandchildren, Alexie Gail Robertson, Alana Brooke Robertson, Clifton Wayne Daniel IV, Cleo Rose Daniel, Claire Rylee Daniel, Clyde Wayne Daniel; siblings, Pamela Daniel Trent (Jack), Karen Daniel Doyle (Greg); and many loving friends in the community.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Tharp Funeral Home in Lynchburg. A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 29, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Leffler Memorial Community Cemetery, 15814 Leesville Rd, Evington, VA 24550.
