Cora Mae Jess Minkler born August 18, 1922 passed away peacefully on March 29th 2015 at the Runk and Pratt Memory Care Residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Walter Jess, her husband Robert (Bob) Minkler and sister Hazel Mulyca.
Cora is survived by her children, Robert (Nick) Minkler (Janice) of Forest VA and Cathy Lequin (Jerry) of Midlothian VA, one sister Mabel Giroux of Saratoga Springs NY, and 4 grandchildren, Jay Lequin, Amy (Lequin) Reams, Wendy (Minkler) Deitrick and Michael Minkler and 8 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Cora’s life will be conducted by Pastor Bart Edwards at Tharp Funeral Home on Saturday April 11th at 3:00, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
