Cynthia Anne Witt

Cynthia Anne \"Cindi\" Witt, 62, of Bedford died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Bedford County on January 15, 1948, daughter of the late Macon B. and Florence Witt.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Dale Witt

and her brother, Marshall Witt

Cindi was manager of the Bedford Pack-it-In storage facility and a volunteer with the Bedford Domestic Violence Services.

Cindi was a strong shoulder to lean on, a friend to all and was always eager to give of herself for the betterment of others.

She is survived by her husband, John Edd Witt; two children, Karen Sipes of Bedford and Joseph K. Johnson of Blue Ridge; also twelve grandchildren, Kasey, Cheryl, D.J., Brittanie, J.D., Ashley, Cierra, Anthony, Amanda, Kaitlyn, Jay, and Bryan; also numerous great-grandchildren.
