Cynthia “Cindy” Gail Clark, 71, of Evington, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018.
Born Sunday, September 15, 1946 in Orlando, Florida, she was a daughter of the late Col. Jack Cameron Clark (USAF) and Victoria Vester Clark.
Although born with disabilities, Cindy lived a happy and full life and cultivated many close friendships. Interacting with people always brought her the most joy.
She is survived by her sister, Pam Hicks, and her husband, John, of Evington; her nephew, Jason Hicks, and his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Molly and Will, all of Charlottesville; and her niece, Kelly Mistretta, and her husband, Nick, and their two children, Izzy and Jack, all of Evington.
In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her nephew, David Hicks.
A funeral service will be held at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 6 p.m. with Fr. Brad Laycock officiating. A reception will follow in the parish hall of the church.
