Daimon Stephen “Dee” Coles, 32, of Lynchburg, passed away September 15, 2018 in Cambridge, Ohio. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Iris Coles.
Daimon was born September 19, 1985 a son of Michelynne D. Johnson and Carl Brown.
Daimon was a kind spirited man who had a heart of gold. He loved his video games, movies, and dancing but most of all he loved his family.
He accepted the Lord at an early age while attending The Center with Pastors Alvin Scott and Mark Everhart at Peaceful Baptist Church. In 2006, Daimon left Lynchburg and moved to Rogers, Arkansas with his friend Landon Sartin to gain an even closer relationship with the Lord at Refuge Church with Pastor Lowell Sartin.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his stepfather, Reginald Johnson Jr.; maternal grandfather, Percy Coles Jr.; paternal grandmother, Jean Kyle; brothers, Michaud Coles and Bilal Coles; aunts, Percia Coles, Brandeis Croner (Kasheef) and Brenda Kyle; uncle, Brandon Coles (Tia) and devoted friends, Stephen Stephens, Sherry Mayles, and Lee Albaugh.
A memorial service will be held for Daimon at 1 p.m. on Saturday October 20, 2018 at Peaceful Baptist Church, 2009 Park Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24501, with Pastors Alvin Scott and Mark Everhart officiating.
