Daniel “Danny” Teass
Daniel Edward "Danny" Teass, 52, of Bedford and Lynchburg died Monday, July 28, 2010, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Danny was born in Roanoke son of the late L. E. Bandy and Norma Jean Johnson.
He considered the late Leo W. Teass as a second father.
Danny worked in the family business at Campers Paradise in Moneta and was devoted to Smith Mountain Lake.
He is survived by his daughter, Daphne Teass Collins and his grandson, Logan Teass Collins of Moneta; his siblings, David Allan Teass, Dreamer Teass Walton and Donald Dee Teass all of Bedford; two special care givers, Emily Clark and Wendy Hanner; also several nieces and nephews.
Danny's family received friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Chapel, Bedford. A Celebration of Life service followed at 6:00 p.m. at the Tharp Chapel with Dallas Key officiating.
