Darrell Eugene Hudson, 53, of Lynchburg, left our world unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. He was born in Lynchburg on September 5, 1961, to Beatrice Tinnell Hudson and the late Attley Ray Hudson.
In addition to his father, Darrell is preceded in death by a nephew, Erik Hudson, and his mother-in-law, Ann Ogden.
Left behind with a lifetime of memories are his wife, Sherry Ogden-Hudson; three children, Angel Reese and her husband, Lance, Dana Ogden-Lewis, and Jessica Ramsey and her husband, Jesse; four grandchildren, Jacob, Lilly, Brandon, and Hayden; his father-in-law, Thurman Ogden; sister-in-law, Kerri Ogden-Wright and her husband, Pete; two loving brothers, three sisters, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Tharp Funeral Home in Lynchburg. A service will follow at 3 p.m.
