David Lee Hutton

David Lee Hutton, 78, of Moneta died Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at his residence. Born in Pennsylvania on November 21, 1931, a son of the late Elmer C. Hutton and Anna C. Hutton. In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nellie Sue Westmoreland Hutton. David served his country with the United States Army. He loved hunting, fishing, working in his yard and spending time with his family.

He is survived by four children, Christopher T. Hutton and his fiancée, Heather Mullen, of Moneta, David B. Hutton and his fiancée, Rachel Roosma, of Roanoke, Sheri Drawdy of Fortworth, TX and Susan Lynn Young and her husband, Chad of Fortworth, TX; 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers, 4 sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

 In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the, David L. Hutton Memorial Fund, 37 Village Springs Drive, Hardy, VA 24101.

A celebration of David\"™s life will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Chapel with the Pastor Troy Keaton officiating.
