Debra Ann Chiulli Hlinko, 63, of Bedford passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on January 18, 1960, in Queens, NY. A daughter of the late Vittorio Chiulli and Dorothy Karnbach Tritt. In addition to her parents Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, George Carl Hlinko.
Debbie was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She worked tirelessly to support hundreds of students and staff within Bedford County Public Schools for over 25 years. She was passionate about helping others in the community, near and far. Debbie was a founder and board member of the PSP&CBD Foundation. She volunteered for many years to support individuals in the worldwide PSP&CBD community. Debbie touched the lives of many individuals throughout her life. Her kindness and compassion for others is unmatched and to be admired. She had a love for animals, music, family, friends, and children that is second to none.
She lives on through her daughter, Dayna Hlinko (John Bratton); two stepchildren, Brad Hlinko (Carly) and Kristina Bulitz (Brian); four grandchildren, Ryker, Barrett, Kane and Trip; two brothers, Tony Chiulli (Angela) and Derek Chiulli (Barbara Ann); sister, Susanne Tritt; step-mother, Theresa Chiulli. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2023, at Tharp Funeral Chapel, Bedford. A reception will follow at The Traveler.
