Dionna “Lil Bit Blue” Moore was born September 1, 1981 in Lynchburg, Va. to the late Evangelist Dorothy Moore and the late Lewis Webb, Sr. She heard “Well Done My Good & faithful Servant” on the morning of May 30, 2020 and transitioned to her new home.
Dionna was a faithful and active member at Kingdom Power Worship Center, where she served as Church Clerk, A Youth Counselor and was taking a ministry class. She loved Apostle Clark and his wife, Apostle Jackie Clark along with her church family and all of her christian friends. She served and loved God whole-heartedly. She started her spiritual journey at Jericho Baptist Church under Dr. Dunning. She learned and grew spiritually as she loved them and gained a lot of spiritual knowledge.
Dionna’s love for God showed in her smile. She loved people, she loved to talk, she loved to laugh, most of all she loved to show love.
Dionna graduated from E.C. Glass High School. She worked several jobs, but her passion was doing hair. She would slay a style that was guaranteed to make you smile. Not only did she have class, she had skills; God anointed those hands and she blessed others through her anointing. She loved life but more than anything she loved God.
She is survived by her sibling of the home a sister Philicia Moore; sisters Sharon Webb-Morgan of Appomattox, Margaret “Boo” Haskins of Raleigh, N.C.; Sonya Bateman of Atlanta, Ga.; brothers Lewis Webb, Jr. (Racheal) and Bonnie Parker (Kim) of Lynchburg; five nieces and seven nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews; God sister Chantal Gunn and Kendra Gunn; God brother David Wingfield Crider; Godparents Reverend and Mrs. Gunn. God aunt Mrs. Fannie Crider and a devoted uncle Deacon Joseph Webb, Sr.; and God brother, Dr. Antionne Edwards
Dionna never met a stranger. Everyone became a friend. She loved the all until the end.
