Don Wesley Tyree
Don Wesley \"Rock-in-Roll Star\" Tyree, 58, of Madison Heights, died on Friday, March 25, 2011.
Born in Lynchburg, October 19, 1952 he was a son of Clarence Herman Tyree of Madison Heights and the late Frances Mitchell Tyree.
In addition to his father, Don is survived by his step-mother, Joyce Tyree and his brother, Gregory S. \"Greg\" Tyree both of Madison Heights; two nieces, Rebecca and Jessica Tyree; and his great-nephew, Daniel Tyree all of MA; one step-brother and four step-sisters.
The family will receive friends from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2011 at New Life Church, 3029 South Amherst Highway. A memorial service will immediately follow with Pastor Marvin Busie officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Amherst County Humane Society, P. O. Box 614, Amherst, VA 24521 or to The Arbor Day Foundation, 100 Arbor Avenue, Nebraska City, NE 68410.
