Donald George Zierhart, Sr.
Donald George Zierhart, Sr., 86, of Bedford, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011. Born March 28, 1924 in Minneapolis, MN, he was the son of the last George Henry Zierhut and Teresa McQuire Zierhart.
Donald served this country during World War II as a Marine. He is survived by his wife Roberta Hamilton Zierhart; two sons, Donald Zierhart and Stephen Zierhart; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Chapel on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Jim Compton officiating.
