Born May 16, 1929 in Sandy Level, she was a daughter of the late Henry Coleman Bennett and the late Mae Davis Bennett.
She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, and a devoted mother and wife.
Dotty was preceded in death by her brother: Henry C.
