Doris Witt Holdren

Doris Elaine Witt Holdren, age 91, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Born in Roanoke, VA on August 28, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Essie Agee Witt. She was the loving wife of the late Roy David Holdren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her son, James Lynn Holdren.

Doris established her career with Rubatex as a purchasing agent. In her spare time, she enjoyed walking especially on the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynette Cheek; grandsons, Joshua Cheek (Allison) and Trevor Cheek (Jenna); great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, Jacobie, Jaxon, Joshua David; sister, Betty Chiappa; and her favorite companion, Hero.
