Douglas Wilkin, 80, passed over into the arms of Jesus on January 3, 2021. He was born in London, England on April 24, 1940. Doug worked as a hospital engineer in London, England, as well as in Niles and Saginaw, Michigan.
Doug met his American wife Sue Osza, while she was involved in Christian ministry in England. They were married on April 22, 1978 in Cambridge, England, and a few years later took up residence in the United States.
Doug and Sue were team truck drivers for five years and traveled across the country. They also enjoyed motorcycling in their younger years.
Doug loved to read and study, especially all things related to Old Testament history. Having visited Israel before, his dream was to live there. Doug was a great computer technician, and he was certified as an EMS. Alongside of his massive collection of VHS and DVD movies, he also had a handsome collection of music CDs. Doug also had a passion for cooking.
Sue says that Doug has two daughters who live outside the United States: Helen; and Heather, who has four children.
