Earl Martin Coppage, age 82, passed peacefully Thursday, March 10, 2022 in the comfort of his home.
Earl was born to the late Earl M. Coppage and Zaida (Babe) Coppage of Braggadocio, Missouri. He is preceded in death by brother Gary Robert Coppage. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 59 years, Margaret Ann Coppage; his children, Leslie Ann Roginski (Brian), Earl Mark Coppage; grandchildren, Caitlin Roginski, Casey Roginski, William Coppage, Margaret E. Coppage; great-grandson, Maxim; sister, Ginger Davis. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law whom he dearly loved and enjoyed, Eleanor Johnson, Barbara Johnson, Dottie Lou Johnson, Paul E. Johnson, Agnes Cobb and special friend Les Sides, Pat and MaryAnn Johnson, Mike and Trudy Johnson, Chris and Wannie Johnson, Gerry Wayne Johnson, Terri Coppage, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Earl graduated from Braggadocio High School. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memphis State. He worked in the garment industry for 23 years ending as Vice President of Manufacturing with Imperial Reading Corp. Later, he was the owner of Timberlake Sporting Goods, Inc. until retirement in 2007.
He enjoyed fun with family and friends, fishing, bird hunting, golf, woodworking, traveling and camping, skeet and target shooting, and crossword puzzles. He was a member of Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Saint Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 3015 Roundelay Road, Lynchburg, VA on. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the Mass.
