With deep sorrow the Brown Family announces the passing of Earl William Brown Sr., 75, of Campbell County, VA, who departed this life on March 7, 2022, in the presence of loved ones.
Earl is preceded in death by his son Cornelius P., brother Daniel Brown Jr., sister Veola Brewer, and parents Daniel and Hilda Brown.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife Cora M; three sons Jose (Maggie), Earl II, and Cordell (Allison); four grandchildren Martisha, Cordell Sakai, Kristen Delaney, and Naomi Kelis; siblings Alice Silver (Earl) and Lois Roberts; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Earl was incredibly passionate about hard work and being at your best. He was always supportive and spoke positively in any situation. He was a dedicated employee of BWXT as a Quality Control Inspector, where he spent over 40 years of his life until his retirement. He had the love of God in his heart, and it showed having been baptized at an early age at Bethany Baptist Church. He enjoyed being an usher when he attended church regardless if he was scheduled to do so or not. He would often watch western television shows or as he would refer as cowboy pictures. He loved his family as they were everything to him.
He is irreplaceable and will forever be missed.

The service celebrating the Life and Legacy of Earl Brown will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church. He is irreplaceable and will forever be missed.
