Edward Trent

Edward Merrill Trent, age 85, of Lynchburg passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. 

He was the retired owner of Eds New and Used Work Clothing. He is survived by his son, David Trent; his daughter, Audrey Lee; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Clyde D. Trent, Jr., Robert Trent; and a sister, Annette Eisenberg. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Arrington and half brother, Melvin Trent. A memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, in the chapel at 11 A.M. on Saturday January 13, 2024. A visitation will be one hour prior.

Interment will follow in Virginia Memorial Park.
