Eleanor Geneva “Mema†Keesecker, 72, of Monroe, formerly of Hopewell, died Monday August 11, 2014. She was the devoted wife for over 30 years and reunited back into the loving arms of her husband Jeffrey Allen “Pepa†Keesecker.
Geneva was born in Louisa County July 11, 1942 a daughter of the late Clarence Breeden and the late Myrtle Negri Breeden. Geneva is survived by her four children: Debbie Evans and faithful son-in-law Mike, Billy Talbott and wife Pam, Karen Talbott and Phillip Talbott, seven grandchildren: Jessica and loving husband Jeremiah, Nicki, Brittney, Haley, Hunter, Tiffany, and Thomas. Six great-grandchildren: Brycen, Haven, Eastyn, Leighlyn, Chase and Aleigha, also one sister and one brother.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two sisters.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 14, 2014 in the chapel at Tharp Funeral Home Madison Heights with a Memorial Service starting at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Wendell Watts officiating.
