Elizabeth “Beth” Cole Miller, 65, of Hampton, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015. She was the wife of the late Charles “Chuck” Burchinal Miller, III.
Born on August 16, 1950 in Pittsburgh, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Elgie and Harriet Hawkins Cole. Beth had a fulfilling career as the financial coordinator for Sentara Hospital in Hampton.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her two sons, Charles B. Miller, IV and his wife, Jamie, of Evington, and Evan Morgan Miller and his wife, Ashlee, of Newport News; three beloved grandsons, Charlie, Mason, and Bennett Miller, all of Evington.
A celebration of Beth’s life will be held at the Tharp Funeral Chapel in Lynchburg on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Rick Magee officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Baptist Church 1021 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Va. 23666.
