Enoch Loyed Presnell, 60, of Bedford, Virginia passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022. He was the son of the late Fred Presnell and Beulah Presnell.
Enoch was born on June 14, 1962, in Bedford County, Virginia. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and carrying on with friends. Enoch was known for his hard work ethic and his love for karaoke.
He is survived by his wife Delores Jean Overstreet Presnell; children, Joshua Loyed Presnell, and wife Tabitha, Shanna Presnell Canfield, and husband Lawrence; grandchild Alex Presnell; sisters, Pamela Dooley, and husband Jimmy, and Sheila Saunders, and husband Jeff; sisters-in-law, Rhonda O. Toms, Glenda Crawford, and husband Tommy, Carolyn Biggs, and husband Johnny; brothers-in-law, David Overstreet, and wife Kathy, Donnie Overstreet, Ricky Overstreet, and Ronnie Overstreet, and multiple nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Enoch was preceded in death by his brother Phillip Presnell and half brother-in-law Clayton Orange.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday October 5, 2022, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 12:30 pm at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford with Pastor Jimmy Dooley, and Pastor Jeremy Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Virginia Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association or St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
