Freda Sarris Best
Freda Sarris Best, 89, of Forest died on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. She was the wife of the late Harold Olin Best. Born on October 1, 1922 in Ohio, she was a daughter of the late George Sarris and the late Theologia Ingle Sarris.
Freda was a member of Timberlake United Methodist Church and was retired from the Virginia Department of Health.
She is survived by her grandson, Barry Best and wife, Melissa of Richmond; her great-grandchildren, Anthony and Isabel Best and her sister, Mary of Ohio. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her son, Gregory Best.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2012 at Virginia Memorial Park by Ralph Green.
