Frederick Oneil Carter

Fred Carter of Lynchburg, went home to the Lord on Tuesday.
He was the only son of the late Fred June Carter and Ruby Moore Carter of Madison Heights.
He is survived by Susan Carter, their sons, Brent and Philip, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and his grandsons, Ian and Neil. He is also survived by his cousins, Betty, Raeford and Barbara.
A funeral service will be held this Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 104 Walnut Hollow Road, Lynchburg at 1:00 p.m.
